2003-Present
Yoga Teacher, Seattle I teach yoga, meditation, and Eastern Philosophy in private homes. My students have included international recording artists, successful entrepreneurs, models, CEOs of billion dollar corporations and even a former Ms. America. My experience in the role of yoga teacher has honed my ability to present sensitive and complicated ideas to highly demanding and vastly divergent personality types.
I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years, having studied Iyengar, Power, Vinyasa, Bikram, and Ashtanga yoga styles. My practice has been guided and influenced by Western and Eastern teachers as well as by two pilgrimages to India (in 1999 and 2003).
In March of 2003 I completed a 200-hour teacher training program at the Miami Yogashala.

Founded a consulting firm with an expertise in selling enterprise software solutions on behalf of clients ranging from start-ups to members of the Fortune 500. Grew revenue from $0 to $30,000 per month within 18 months.
Examples of client offerings: 1) previously classified software developed by Lockheed Martin for the US Department of Defense, 2) outsourced application development (to India) on behalf of an International Korean conglomerate, and 3) an enterprise rating and billing software platform used by world-leading telecommunications and cellular companies.
Conducted go-to-market audits with clients to define saleable products, competitive positioning and the strategy necessary to develop and then exploit key target markets. Worked with senior executives (C-level) at both client and target companies to forge mutually beneficial partnerships.
Recruited, hired, and trained 5 employees to be elite inside sales professionals.
The Company has since been folded into Mainstreet Commerce.

vFinance, Investment Banking Firm, Boca Raton, FLSenior Consultant Worked with client CEOs of small to medium sized technology firms to align their long-term company strategy with the capital markets. Authored comprehensive offering memorandums, including detailed 3-5 year financial models, in support of client appeals for capital investment.
1996-1999
Tri Valley Growers, Farming Cooperative, San Ramon, CAManager of Investor RelationsManaged grower payments of approximately $145M per year for a $1B farming cooperative. Managed a department of 4 employees and reported directly to the CFO. Had extensive interaction with the Board including the presentation of shareholder stock transactions for approval. Translated By-laws into company policies and procedures. Met directly with shareholders to discuss critical account issues such as withheld equity during a time of tremendous enterprise uncertainty (the company has since been liquidated).
1995-1996First Impression Graphics, Pre-Press and Website Design, Carlsbad, CAManagerSupervised operations for boutique graphics firm catering to the image conscious action sports companies of San Diego County (e.g. Prana, Spy Optics, DC Shoes, McGill’s, Lamar Snowboards, Electra Bikes). Work included high volume, high resolution drum scanning, film and proof production for offset printing, Website design, and brokering large scale catalog printing projects. Negotiated with vendors to reduced overall consumables costs by 12%, and implemented a health care and profit sharing plan for 4 employees.
